By completing and submitting this form, you hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree that Jurassic Bark Dog School, its owners, trainers, employees, contractors, and affiliated partners (collectively “Jurassic Bark and its Affiliates”) shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death to any person, dog, or property, howsoever arising, that may occur while attending, participating in, or being present at any training session, activity, event, or facility conducted by Jurassic Bark or its Affiliates. You further accept that participation in any training, activity, or event is undertaken entirely at your own risk, and you hereby waive any and all claims against Jurassic Bark and its Affiliates in this regard.


We understand that unexpected situations can arise; however, all class fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including but not limited to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, pet illness or death, behavioural challenges, relocation, or any other inability to complete the program.
